The Northern New York Regional Council of FSCs (NNYRCFSCs) consists of clubs bounded on the West by Lake Ontario, on the East by Lake Champlain, on the North by the St. Lawrence River, and on the South by the Adirondack Mountains. Each Club is has its own Board and, in accordance with their governance rules, delegates to the Council.

All clubs are individually members of U.S. Figure Skating, the governing body for figure skating in the United States.

Mileage reimbursement is 50 cents a mile effective January 1, 2010.
