2. Treasurer's Report.
   Balances: checking - $462.61; CD - $2,560.88.
3. Unfinished Business:
   1. Northern Council delegates et. al. update.

   2. U.S. Figure Skating Governing Council Meeting: May 1^st - May 3^rd, 2008; Reno, Nevada.
      Bill is not sure he will attend.
5. Club concerns:
   1. What to do if a skater is in arrears? (This is always tough as it typically is not the fault of the skater and parents/guardians are typically given several options. However, expenses have to be paid and it is not fair to others who do pay their bills in a timely manner.)
      1. The club should notify US Figure Skating so as to prevent the offender from registering in another club.
      2. The offender should not be allowed to test / compete in any other club until arrangements are made to settle the account.
      3. If US Figure Skating is not notified there is little another club can do if the offender registers at the other club as they have no knowledge of the offense. It was noted that most clubs have a location for the applicant to sign stating they are in good standing so one could say they falsified their application.
6. Announcements:
   • Lynne Hudson still does not have her Free Skating appointment. Bill will contact Larry Mondschein regarding assistance. Note: it has been about two years now that we have been trying to get the appointment.
