1. In attendance: Brenda Gravander & Bill Mein – Potsdam FSC, Linda M^cDonald – Massena FSC, and Colleen Berry – Ogdensburg FSC
2. Approval of the Agenda. Agenda approved as presented.
3. Secretary's Report. Meeting notes from October 17, 2006 approved.
4. Treasurer's Report.
   Balances: checking - $239.59; CD - $3,084.38.
5. Unfinished Business:
   1. Northern Council delegates et. al. update.
      Brenda and Colleen have made some progress; they will continue for next meeting.

   1. Calendar updates.
      1. Massena FSC Basic Skills Competition, March 14, 2007, Linda M^cDonald
      2. Potsdam FSC Spring School, April 16, 2007 - May 11, 2007. Note, no Badge School is planned.
      3. Potsdam FSC Spring School Test Session, May 12, 2007 - Maxcy Hall. Contact: Brenda Gravander.
   2. U.S. Figure Skating Governing Council Meeting: May 2^nd - May 6^th, 2007; Reno, Nevada.
      If anyone plans to attend, please let Bill or Brenda know.

8. Announcements:
   • Kim Patterson's brother died.
   • We should follow up on the Basic Skills Workshop that was planned in conjunction with SC Lake Placid that never materialized last fall. Bill will follow up with Lake Placid to see if they plan to try again.
   • Folks attending the MIF School held last fall at Cheel have not received credit for it yet. In particular, Karen Robertson should now be certified to judge MIF.
     Brenda will send Bill an electronic copy of attendees and Bill will follow-up with Ann Cammett.
9. Next meeting: March 20^th, 2007. Where? A dinner meeting was suggested. If Brenda and Colleen are able to contact folks from Alexandria Bay FSC, Clayon FSC or FSC Watertown, and they are interested in attending a meeting, that may dictate where.
   No meeting in February.
