- Approval of the Agenda. Agenda
approved as presented.
- Secretary's Report. Meeting notes
from September 19, 2006 approved.
- Treasurer's Report.
Balances: checking - $199.03; CD - $3,040.56.
The CD is due for renewal - let it roll over.
- Unfinished Business:
- MIF school at Potsdam.
From all reports the school was well received. Lynne Hudson and Karen
Robertson are now certified to do MIF tests. Brenda will send an electronic
version of atendees to Anne Cammitt who will do the appropriate notification
to U.S. Figure Skating.
- Basic Skills Workshop in Lake Placid.
SC Lake Placid may try to do it in the spring. We (Northern Council) should
host one - maybe in the fall. Bill will follow up with Lake Placid's plans to
host the workshop in the spring.
- Adirondacks.
There seems to be some misunderstanding about how often Adirondacks is
hosted. There is a feeling that the Clayton FSC wants to host this year
but it is an off-year for the competition. And, since no one from Clayton
FSC attends, it is hard to communicate the situation.
Colleen will try to get a contact from them.
- New Business:
- Calendar updates.
- Massena FSC Basic Skills Competition, March 14, 2007, Linda McDonald
- Northern Council contacts.
Brenda and Colleen divided the Northern Council clubs into somewhat equal
numbers - they will call to try to get current contacts.
The contacts given in the U.S. Figure Skating directory is incorrect.
Brenda and Colleen will encourage the clubs to send updated information
to HQs.
- Club concerns

No meeting in November as it would be the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and there is
not a December meeting.
