  1. In attendance: Bill Mein – Potsdam FSC, Linda McDonald – Massena FSC, and Colleen Berry – Mary Coryer – Ogdensburg FSC.

  2. Approval of the Agenda. Agenda approved as presented.

  3. Secretary's Report.

  4. Treasurer's Report.

  5. Old Business:
    1. Calendar updates - Bill.

  6. New Business:
    1. Adirondacks next year?
    2. Need to elect Secretary and VP for two years.
    3. Proxy voyes. The forms (white paper) are due in April. Bill Mein (#299511) is attending. All proxy votes should be given to someone from the council.

  7. Club concerns
    1. Potsdam FSC's Spring School.
