6. New Business:
   1. Delegate forms. The forms (pink paper) need to be in by 2/17/2006. There are 2 names for each club.
   2. May meeting. This year the meeting is in Orlando, FL.
   3. Proxy voyes. The forms (white paper) are due in April. Bill Mein (#299511) is attending. All proxy votes should be given to someone from the council.

8. Discussion:
   1. Dance partners. Michael Bartow (Potsdam) is available for lower level dances.
      Tomas will be back. It is unclear if St Lawrence FSC or Potsdam FSC is sponsoring him.
      Brad is not coming back.
   2. Dance music. We should work to have the same music around the county.
   3. Skating Club of the Adirondacks. Mail is returned when using the address in the directory. It is not known if the club is still active.
   4. Snowflake. Bad weather is blamed for low turn-out for both competitors and officials.
9. Next meeting: March 21^st, 2006 – St. Lawrence Centre Mall, Massena
   Note: No meeting this April as it is school break week.
