Northern NY Regional Council of FSCs

Notes - January 18^th, 2005

Present: Bill Mein (Potsdam FSC), Colleen Berry (Ogdensburg FSC), Mary Coyer (Ogdensburg FSC), and Linda M^cDonald (Massena FSC)

Financial Report: Linda presented the report. Checking account balance as of 1/18/2005 was $706.94; CD balance is $4,239.19.

Old Business:
1. Calendar Updates. The calendar is located at http://www.northerncouncil.org. Our web site is updated as items are given to Bill. Competition dates are posted on the U.S. Figure Skating web site when they receive the completed sanction application. Bill submits test dates to U.S. Figure Skating to be posted on their web site.
2. Northern Council reimbursements and awards. Item was not discussed.
3. Northern Council ByLaws update. Not discussed.

New Business:
1. Northern Council meetings Our next meeting is in April. Linda, Brenda and Bill will confer before the meeting to determine its location and how to announce it.
2. Club's financial records should be audited on a routine basis, yearly or so.
3. Adirondacks We should determine if any club is interested in hosting this competition during the 2005-2006 skating season.

Announcements.
1. There is an admission fee at Governing Council commencing this year - $50 per delegate and $75 per non-delegate.
