  1. Present: Bill Mein (Potsdam FSC), Colleen Berry (Ogdensburg FSC), and Linda McDonald (Massena FSC)

  2. Old Business:
    1. Calendar Updates. The calendar is located at http://www.northerncouncil.org. Our web site is updated as items are given to Bill. Competition dates are posted on the U.S. Figure Skating web site when they receive the completed sanction application. Bill submits test dates to U.S. Figure Skating to be posted on their web site.
    2. Northern Council reimbursements and awards. Item was not discussed.
    3. Northern Council ByLaws update. Not discussed.

  3. New Business:
    1. Northern Council meetings We decided to try to move the council meetings around to see if we can increase our attendance. Let's try Ogdensburg next.
      It may be better for the Executive Committee to travel to various parts of the council territory.

  5. Club concerns. 

  6. Next Meeting: January 18th, 2005 - Ogdensburg.
