  4. Old Business:
    1. Calendar Updates - None given. The calendar is located at http://www.northerncouncil.org). Our web site is updated as items are given to Bill. Bill submits competition announcements to U.S. Figure Skating to be posted on their web site.

    2. New Business:
      1. May meeting
        1. The 12/4 plan seems to be on-track. It will mean smaller regions so we might be able to host a competition. On the other hand, it means there will be fewer competitors at the competition.
        2. There is a Request For Action from the Membership Committee to eliminate the rule requiring a club to seek approval to conduct an event on another club's principle skating rink.
        3. There is a proposal to have a dual track gold test - one for testers and one for competitors.
