Notes - May 21, 2002

  1. Present: Bill Mein (Potsdam FSC), Linda McDonald (Massena FSC), Dianne Loonan (FSC Watertown), and Cheryl Faucher (Massena FSC).

  2. Secretary's Report: Notes from the April meeting were mailed.

  3. Financial Report: The financial report for April was distributed.

  4. Old Business:
    1. Calendar Updates - Additions and changes were presented. (The calendar is located at http://www.communitysights.com/nnyrcfsc).
    2. By-Laws - No further work has been completed.
    3. May Meeting Report - Bill presented highlights from the annual USFSA meeting held in Minneapolis, MN. A written report was provided - click to see a copy.
    4. Book Meeting - Bill, Brenda, and Mary Ashley Carroll attended the NEICC Book Meeting where issues that were to be presented and voted upon at the annual meeting were presented and discussed.
    5. Summer Meetings - Due to an insufficient number of athletes on the USFSA board, Anne Gerli is no longer our USFSA member-at-large. Therefore, only Karen Terry, sanctions officer, will be invited to the August meeting, which will be scheduled when she is available.

  5. New Business:
    1. Nominating Committee - As it is an even number year, a vice president and secretary need to be elected. Patti is willing to stay on as VP. Bob Neulieb will be asked to be secretary.

Next Meeting: June 18, 7:00pm. The meeting room INSIDE the arena at St. Lawrence Centre Mall, Massena, NY 13662.
