Secretary's Report: Notes (not minutes as there was not a
quorum) from the October meeting were sent to delegates.
Patti made a motion that all minutes and notes from previous meetings without
quorums be accepted.
Motion was seconded by Lynne and carried.
Financial Report -
The November fiancial report was distributed and approved.
Old Business:
Calendar updates - Additions and changes
were presented. (An updated calendar is attached.) Our
web site is updated as items are given to
Bill.
North Council Test Sessions -
The issue of North Council Test Sessions was raised.
After reviewing the calendar it was determined that the timing of the test
sessions in the northern area (Potsdam, Norfolk-Norwood, Massena) is appropriate.
By-laws -
Work has been started.

has attained the status of InternationalNational Accountant.
Jeanette Davey (Note: Bill Mein's daughter)
will act as synchro team leader to Findland.
(Note: Her name was submitted to the ISU
as a Trial Judge for Synchro Junior Worlds in Croatia.)
Concerns:
There currently is not ice in Norfolk-Norwood.
Potsdam is working to have a Michelle Kwan appearance.
Massena's paperwork for the pros is in the system.
