USFSA Nominating committee
request from Shirley Bourquin for committee chairs and members at large. Some
clubs are nominating Bill Mein for Member at Large.Shortly, we should receive a request for nominations for
committee membership.
If you would like to have your name or anyone else's
name submitted, put together a little bio for everyone's reference.
Taxes - queried if anyone thought we needed to have another session
with a tax advisor.
It is important to note that clubs now have sufficient funds passing through
their treasury to get the attention of tax folks.
And, since we have discussed this several times, playing ignorant of the
rules won't fly.
Another point is that since clubs sponsor Synchro Teams, the club would
probably be held liable if they are not following the tax rules.
USFSA has established a Strategic Planning Committee.
Our's (North Atlantic) will meet Thursday in Amherst.
Heather would like Northern Council representation.
No one is able to attend.
PFSC's Basic Skills program has grown since last year.
Clayton's numbers are lower than last year.
