The secretary cast one ballot for the presented slate:
Vice President - Patricia Carvill and Secretary - Dianne Loonan.
New Business:
NC By-Laws -
Dianne will work on the by-laws with any other interested individuals.
Announcements:
Karen Terry, our new competition sanctions officer will attend the Competition
Chairs meeting in August. (Note: Karen called and cannot get
out of a commitment at work so will not attend.
Heather can not attend either.)
Bill Mein was reappointed to the Sanctions & Eligibility and Collegiate Committees.
Effective immediatlely - clubs may have a full Canadian judging panel.
A computer program that generates testing paperwork has been developed for use
by test chairs.
New dance forms are forthcoming - the dance patterns will be on the forms.
The coaches for the Junior and Senior Synchro teams were invited by USFSA
to attend the WIN conference - expenses paid.
Club Concerns:
Members would like to have a worksession on competition scoring.
We need to check the USFSA Report of Action (5/10-13/00 and 10/8-9/99)
regarding having Athlete Delegates on NC.
Reminders:
NC will sponsor a Test Chair Meeting, as well as a Competition Chair Meeting,
prior to the August NC meeting (August 15).
This meeting will be held in Ogdensburg.
