    2. Laval Synchronized Skating Competition -- February 18-20, 2000.

Our website is updated as items are given to Bill.

  5. Announcements -
    1. The USFSA Officials Directory:
      1. Official's USFSA number and Club Number are of little importance.
      2. Would prefer official's city, state, and phone number up front.
    2. The USFSA Parent's Committee is looking for members. Forms to complete and send in if interested were distributed.
    3. Bill received a note from Heather re hosting North Atlantics in the North Country. There are two concerns:
      1. It will be difficult to host a qualifying competition without a double rink facility.
      2. The distance to get here.
    4. Sanctions. Bill is now the Sanctions Officer for Club Carnivals for the clubs in Northern New York. Sanction forms were distributed. They are available on the USFSA website.
    5. New Test Forms. Massena received a set; they arrived around 9/1 or so. No one else present had any knowledge of receiving their's.
    6. Clubs should check the USFSA website to see how their club is listed. Changes can be sent via Email to headquarters.
    7. Copies of the USFSA Club Competition Calendar were distributed. Our entries are making their way into it.
    8. As Sectional Synchronized Skating VC for the Pacific Coast, Jeanette produces a newsletter, InStep. Copies were distributed.
    9. Bill will compose a letter to Congressman McHugh re getting papers for the Canadian coaches who partner our skaters. After he prepares it, he will bring it to a Northern Council meeting for review. After that, it would be good for individual clubs to send their tales to the congressman.
    10. The information form for club's to send updated club information re delegates, officers, et. al., which was to be included in the mailing with the minutes, was not received by most who were there. It is available on-line at http://www.communitysights.com/nnyrcfsc/NCupdates.htm.

  6. Club Concerns - None.
