A competition meeting was held prior to the August meeting.

Present: Patricia Carvill (Massena FSC), Dianne Loonan (FSC Watertown), Bob Neulieb (Clayton FSC), Lisa Stage (Clayton FSC), Cheryl Faucher (Massena FSC), and Colleeen Aldridge (Ogdensburg FSC)

There was not a quorum.

Secretary's Report: June minutes were mailed prior to the August meeting.

Financial Report: Report was distributed.

Old Business:

Calendar Updates - Additions and changes were presented. Our website is updated as items are given to Bill.

Judges' School - E-mails, with positive comments, from several participants were shared. Larry Mondschein sent the following clarification: The Basic Consecutive Edges on the Pre-Preliminary will now have to be done from a standstill.

Adirondacks - Adirondacks will be held March 11-12, 2000 in Ogdensburg.

Announcements -

A letter/flyer from Silent Edge regarding the lack of USFSA sexual harassment policy was discussed. Their website is www.silent-edge.org

Bill would like each club to contact him to schedule a club visit.

A second arena is scheduled to open in Ogdensburg in January, 2000.
