  4. Old Business:
    1. Calendar updates - Bill. Note: Competition announcements are placed on the U.S. Figure Skating web site when they receive the sanction. Bill sends test session information to the U.S. Figure Skating for posting on their web site.

  5. New Business:
    1. May meeting.
    2. ISU Congress
      1. Junior and senior synchronized skating team size. The team sizes will remain 12-20 versus a size of 12-16 as proposed.
      2. New judging system passes. At ISU events, there will be a maximum of 12 judges with nine being selected and seven counting. This system does not name the judges publicly, which made the United States try to get a proposal through to identify who gave what score (it failed). The traditional 6.0 scoring method will disappear from major international events. U.S. Figure Skating may start to use the new system for championship events (nationals) in 2006.
    3. Northern Council reimbursements and awards.
    4. Northern Council ByLaws update.

  6. Announcements: 
    1. U.S. Figure Skating Committees: Bill was selected to remain on the Sanctions & Eligibility Committee. Therefore, all performance (e.g.., ice show) sanctions should be sent to Bill - same as last year.
