2. 1/2 marathon in Phoenix. Bill Mein and Jeanette Davey, his daughter, ran the 1/2 marathon on January 11^th. They improved their time by over 12 minutes compared to the 1/2 marathon they ran in Virginia Beach on Labor Day weekend.
